3.2 Eligibility for Returns (The “Scratch-Free” Requirement)
To maintain the hygiene and optical integrity of our inventory, returns are subject to the following strict criteria:
- The “Lume-Test” Condition: Lenses must be free of any microscopic scratches, smudges, or cleaning-cloth abrasions. We utilize ultraviolet light to inspect returned lenses for structural integrity.
- The “Sync-Kit” Integrity: Returns must include the original “Hard-Shell” case, the microfiber “Sync-Cloth,” and the authenticity certificate.
- Frame Alignment: The frames must not show signs of “Heat-Molding” or manual adjustment. Once a frame has been adjusted by a local optician, it is ineligible for return.
3.3 Defective Merchandise & The “Optical Warranty”
If your sunglasses arrive with a manufacturing defect (e.g., a failed hinge, bubbling in the polarization film, or a cracked frame):
