Accessing, browsing, or purchasing from ShadySync.store constitutes your unconditional agreement to this “Optical Accord.” This document is a legally binding contract between the user and Nexabyte Digital. These terms are designed to protect the technological integrity of our lenses and the rights of our consumers.
2.2 Technical Accuracy & Visual Disclaimers
We strive for “True-Color” representation of our sunglasses. However, please be advised:
- Lens Tint Variance: Due to the nature of polarized coatings and different digital screen calibrations, the perceived tint of a “Midnight Blue” or “Amber Gradient” lens may vary slightly from the physical product.
- Visual Adaptation: Users are advised that certain high-intensity polarized lenses may require an adaptation period. ShadySync is not liable for temporary depth-perception shifts during the initial 48 hours of use.
- Frame Measurements: We provide dimensions in millimeters (Lens Width, Bridge Distance, Temple Length). It is the customer’s responsibility to verify these against their facial measurements before finalizing the purchase.
2.3 Intellectual Property & “The Sync Shield”
The designs, lens technologies (e.g., “Sync-Block” Blue Light Tech), and brand photography found on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of Nexabyte Digital. Unauthorized reproduction of our frame designs or the “ShadySync” logo is a violation of the Copyright Ordinance of Pakistan and will be met with immediate legal injunctions.
2.4 Product Utility & Safety Warnings
- Night Driving: Polarized and dark-tinted lenses are strictly prohibited for use during night driving.
- Impact Resistance: While our lenses are “Shatter-Resistant,” they are not “Shatter-Proof.” Extreme kinetic force may cause damage, and ShadySync is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse or extreme impact.
2.5 Liability & Arbitration
ShadySync is not liable for delays caused by “Force Majeure” events, including port clearances for imported Italian acetates or local logistics disruptions. Any legal disputes arising from this contract shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan and settled via arbitration in Karachi or Lahore.
